#HandsUp4HealthyMinds this World Mental Health Day 2018
World Mental Health Day is on 10th October 2018. This year’s focus is on young people and mental health in a changing world.
Mental ill health often starts in young adulthood. It’s vital that we give young people access to the support they need to grow up happy, healthy and resilient.
In support of World Mental Health Day we are launching a new set of resources for young people’s wellbeing: the #HandsUp4HealthyMinds toolkit.
The #HandsUp4HealthyMinds toolkit is designed to give you a set of bitesize facts and tips on the mental health of young people aged 8-24. It’s filled with practical tips, links and downloadable content for parents, schools, colleges, universities, youth organisations and practitioners, as well as some self-care tips for young people themselves.
